BKMag has always been a love letter to Brooklyn — its rhythm, contradictions, and creative pulse. My work with the magazine explored the intersection of culture, fashion, and the city’s evolving identity. Each piece was an exercise in storytelling: highlighting the voices that make Brooklyn magnetic, from underground designers to cultural tastemakers redefining what it means to “make it” here.

What I Did:

  • Ideated, created, and edited social and editorial features and interviews focused on culture, fashion, and community

  • Developed sharp, conversational narratives that blended journalism with creative storytelling

  • Collaborated with editors to shape content strategy and social rollout for digital features

  • Crafted article titles, captions, and story angles that resonated with a new generation of Brooklyn creatives
